Bizbizze (Bizbizze)

Our mission is to provide sustainable counseling and coaching services to women in Turkey and to adapt them to changing roles in society, in particular to ensure their participation in the working life. To this end, we have acted to establish a coherent service structure that will guide women to meet their demands by providing guidance, counseling services that will facilitate the participation of women as entrepreneurs, employees, volunteers in the ecosystem.

We Bizbizze Idea and Support Unit for Women, Entrepreneurship, Employment and Volunteering are three separate programs.

• In the Entrepreneurship Program, women entrepreneurs will be able to set up business in a country where they face many obstacles and help them to continue their business.
• The Employment Program will provide support for women who will join the work life or who have taken a break in employment and job placement.
• In the Volunteering Program, services will be offered that will make it easier for women to become volunteers to create social benefits and contribute to social and human development.

Our Vision is to establish a leading social platform which will allow women in Turkey to gain a different perspective through education to make them participate more actively, to make their lives easier and increase their confidence.
