Mission & Activities
Masterpeace is a global initiative led by a Dutch foundation since 2011.
A lot of conflicts are coming from lack of understanding in each others values and/or cultural beliefs. By encouraging dialogue, we hope to contribute to peace building.
We created these opportunities by bringing people together by means of music, arts and dialogue.
Our main event is the organization of a global event and concert on September the 21st, the United Nations International Day of Peace. At that moment, close to 50 countries will unite to give a 24h concert all around the globe.
On that day, Turkey will be one of the main active participants across the world with a unique concert/festival in which many well-known Turkish Artists. It will take in KuçukSiftlik Park. From 13.00 to 18.00, there will be creative workshops with severals NGOs based on litterature, arts, music, organic food stand to create a mindshift for a more sustainable world. After 18.00, the concert program will start with a theater play where Turkey and all the participants, in one voice, will give their peace message to the other nations.
