Mission & Activities
Yaşama Dair Vakıf (YADA Foundation) was established by a group of social scientists and project management and implementation specialists in 2005 with the mission of designing and implementing projects in order to minimize the gap between “theory” and “actual life”. It aims to produce knowledge regarding the different aspects of social life and convert this knowledge into sustainable and applicable projects. They design and conduct research, implementation and monitoring-evaluation projects on diverse fields focusing on civil society, environment, youth, active living, development, culture and agriculture. Their team of experts are in the fields of political sciences, sociology, communication, statistics, environment and cultural studies. In all studies it conducts or takes part in, YADA adopts a comprehensive approach that takes into account the complicated and multidimensional natures of social phenomena. Since their inception, we have a focus on development project that consider sustainability, society and its stakeholders.
