On the 18th of February, we will have the next Pro Bono drink; the aim is to have all of you (especially the ones living in Istanbul and working in corporate firms) to make this difficult step and come to discover, speak and engage with 6 (at least) NGOS.
From 18.00 to 19.00, we will have ONAR, Sinemasal, Herkes Için Mimarlik, Ad.Dar, Bilim Kahramanlari and KifDer sharing what they are doing and then you will have the opportunity to interact and discuss together. It will take place in Big chefs, Astoria, close to metro Gayreteppe.

KifDer works on increasing the life expectancy of cystic fibrosis patients and quality of life of the patients and their families. They mostly focus on family education meetings about the daily treatments. Because a cf patient spend approximately 3 hours for treatments in a day. And this substantially affects the daily life of whole family.

Ad.dar (“home” in Arabic) is an all-volunteer, non-political, non-religious, multi-cultural community initiative established for Syrian and Syrian-Palestinian refugees living in Istanbul. Ad Dar organizes activities and classes, as well as various forms of practical, social, and emotional assistance for children, families, and youths.
