Through the use of high end online courses (MOOC) they give them the possibility to start studying immediately, wherever they are and free of charge. Students study online for 2 years and then transfer to a partner university where they complete their studies on campus and graduate with an accredited degree.
Cöp Madam is a social enterprise, offering opportunities to women who never had them to earn money by making cool and useful items from throw-away materials. They focus on women's empowerment, individual responsibility to the environment, targeting poverty, and see ourselves as a different model to address some social issues!
SPoD focuses on tendencies and oppressions that are related to gender and social discriminations. They publish reports around economic, political and socially right environments and develop awareness projects about media, culture and access to equality.
Rehber Köpekler aims to increase self- confidence of the visually impaired and help them to act freely. The physical and psychological bond between the dogs and the visually impaired people help them adapt to each other and to their surroundings.
Bildiririz is an initiative developing a mobile app where everyone can pin point risky areas for sexual assaults and harassment according. These issues are currently often not reported. This app will help raise awareness and visibility of the current situation.
AÇEV (Mother Children Education Foundation) is developing early childhood programs and adult education since 1993 throughout Turkey. In addition to face to face programs ACEV has programs on TV, web sources and awareness activities both in Turkey and internationally.
TOÇEV is supporting disadvantaged children through financial and psycho-socio support. They are providing them with some basic necessities as well as various trainings and social events.
